We’re stoked to be working on the $3M+ retrofit and build-out of the upcoming Sports Authority building. A historic building, just off of River Street in Santa Cruz, presents us with a number of challenges to meet. We ‘re removing outbuildings and making significant upgrades to bring the 1925 structure up to current code. All the while we need to maintain the historical integrity of the original building.
