Beach Drive
This vacation rental with beautiful views of Rio Beach required a full remodel. Once we dug in we found substantial rot as well as other deficiencies requiring a complete overhaul of the plumbing and wiring to match current code standards.
With a redesigned roofline we also added a rooftop deck and sweeping entertainment area including new outdoor fireplace and 1500 sq ft deck.
