Bordered by Soquel Drive and Aptos Creek and Trout Gulch roads, the development is slated to be mixed-use residential/commercial along with stand-alone townhouses located on the hillside above. Two new streets, a common area and a public park are also included in the plans. Built in collaboration with Master Developer Barry Swenson Builder, the village design features covered walkways, porches and a village green with trees, picnic tables and planters. As it happens, our current office sits right in the middle of the development.
