The conversion of this residential outdoor space created a personal Shangri-la for its Aptos owners. The extensive outdoor upgrade required moving massive quantities of sloped earth, leading to the blank canvas on which we were able to build.

The final product was a resort-style outdoor escape including a pool, custom hardscape, walkway, and lighting, patio nook, cabana-bar, and entertaining area, and a personal putting green built on multiple levels. The project is a great example of the diversity that Testorff Construction can bring to an outdoor conversion of any scope.
